I have one year of work experience as a dentist from India. I moved to Canada as an international student and hold a valid work permit. I took IELTS general training examination in February 2020. My score was as follows- Reading 8.5 Listening 8.0 Writing 6.5 and Speaking 7.5. I applied for revaluation of score and my score in writing part increased. The email I received from ILSC Toronto did not mention my new score but only mentioned that I have been awarded a higher score. The problem is that ILSC toronto is closed due to Coronavirus pandemic and they will not issue a new TRF stating my new score.

Taking in account if my new score is 7.0 in writing my CRS score becomes 465.

My question is that can I create an Express Entry profile saying that I got 7.0 band score on my writing exam and when I get my new TRF and if supposedly my score is 7.5 or higher, would I be able to change that score once I receive invitation?

Thank you

No - you cannot.

unless your score does not decrease you are fine, but please confirm it though from other platforms. Can you please share in how many days you get revaluated results?
