Waiting on Ceremony since october, is this normal?

Everything in citizenship application is completed, citizenship ceremony has been on not started and no updates on my account since october 4th? should i call? is this normal?

Well, sometimes it takes a few weeks/months before the oath invitation. Don't worry about it.
You can call them and ask what's going on, or, it your application already exceeded the average processing time (7 months currently), contact your MP to maybe nudge your application in the right direction.
