waiting Nait offer letter

hii .. i have too applied for diploma program in Nait for winter 2015 this july bt haven't got offer letter yet ..
could some one plz tell me how much time Nait will take ? whether they will accept me or not....
my grades in 10th :- 86%
in 12th :- 79%
nd ielts band 7 nt less than 6 in each module ..

it can take about 3 months to issue offer letter...

I applied for Electronics Engineering Technology.Its a 2 years diploma.I applied around 29th July.
