waiting for study permit

i applied for study permit from USA on may 29th. it is July 20th and i didn't receive any updates yet. what to do. please help. how can i contact cic?

If you applied through vfs you can email them . They will respond or you go to CIC and send them a mail ; only if you did online application I guess .
