I have a problem and my consultants are telling that everything is ok but I don't trust them.
My case: Been working for almost 2 years (23 months) as a Food Supervisor 16 an hour "40 hours" (more but not paid for it), under this program in Alberta. Month or 2 ago I did the biometrics, still waiting, almost 2 months ago I've aplied for an open work permit because the consultants told me thats the way to do this (another 800 dollars), still waiting.
Now my boss fired me, he "build" a reason to fired me, he aplied for a Roe. Now my questions is..... Is this going to stop my aplication for PR? If he lies on that ROE (I'm sure he will try).
What can I do? Is true that this doesn't change nothing on my aplication?
I'm scared guys and I don't know what to do.
By the way I was beeing slaved on that store, doing everything being guilty even when Im not there, not getting paid all hours, two days before he fired me he told me I will cut hours of everybody, and then I do a pizza late customer complaint and he comes to me screaming and moving his hand so crazy telling me LEAVE MY STORE NOW AND DONT COME BACK ANYMORE.
Don't know whats going on.
