Waiting for PR

Hi ,
I have applied for my Pr application under express entry on March 4, 2018.
My Medicals passed on March 14, 2018.
After that there is no update in my application. What should I do?
They are still reviewing my application for eligibility.
For background check - it says your application is in progress and will send you message when we start background check.
I haven’t received any email about it even now after 3 months almost.
Is there something wrong??

please dont fret! it will take 3 or 6 months timeline to get PPR.Depends form case to case
