Waiting for PR Card

My wife landed two months ago and she hasn't received her PR card yet. The time says 61 days. Should we wait for a while more or should she call CIC and ask her about the card?

Hi yes I did but it just shows information that she has landed and nothing more than that.

Hi,
I have a similar issue. I sent CIC a change of address on the online form on the CIC website since 8 July 2017. Nealy 45 days now. I sent them another query today to check the status. Usually they reply after 10 days.
Anyway let's see.
