waiting for PPR(the passport request email)

Hi All,

Can some one let me know how long we should wait for PPR in Express entry, below are my details

Biometrics Completed: July end 2021
Medical cleared(done in March 2021)
RCMP sent and being reviewed
In online application it says November 13, 2021 reviewing the additional documents provided.
and Applications status says "We are processing your application, will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."

Please let me know if any means of contact for further updates or should I wait patiently.
