Waiting for my Passport to return

Hi everyone I'm wondering if anyone could provide any information.

I applied for a temporary resident Visa in the application was approved on November 28th I sent my password and ircc received my passport on November 30th. It has been almost 15 days I'm wondering how long will it take to get my passport back since I have travel plans. Does anyone know if the ircc works you on Christmas break.

Any information or help would be appreciated.
