waiting for medical on TRV with LMO since Nov 2012

I applied TRV with LMO on 12 nov 2012 in Chennai VFS
i didn't any update from Vfs nd HC Delhi nd my application under processes,. Since 4 month cross.
plz give some advice to find the real status

I am in the same situation only that my application is being processed in Los Angeles. I mailed my application on 20 November 2021, but up to now I haven't heard or received anything from them. It will be 4 months next week.
