Good evening everyone.
My wife and I just received our provincial nomination and we are waiting for the next draw for our ITA.
We reviewed our documents and informations and everything seems right, but we are a little bit insecure because we are doing the process by ourselves and we already had a denied study visa in the past.
Does anyone know if the federal process can deny the PR by "any detail" or they are more "malleable" because we already have a nomination?
In your opinion we should hire a immigration professional or can we go forward with the process by ourselves?
Our process doesn't has anything extraordinary, the only thing is I'm in the army (temporary and technical, no military training and I'm the spouse in the process) and I don't know how CIC deals with the army.
Anyone at similar situation?
Any Immigration consultants that know this situation?
