Waiting for final decision

If someone guide me why my case is delaying to much.
Here is my timeline.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on February 3, 2016.
2. We started processing your application on may 19, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.

Now my medical is going to expire on 3 December 2018 and i dont know how long they will take time to send me again medical and complete my application. If someone have information about this situation plz inform me
