I just sent my docs for evaluation to WES. I was wondering if I could apply for jobs in the meantime? Can anyone help, please.

I don't think the 2 processes are directly related to each other. So yes, you can look for jobs in the meantime. Be aware though that WES typically takes 4-6 weeks to respond and you'll have to wait at least till then to activate/submit your EE profile into the pool.
