Thank you for all the help and support so far.
I submitted my passport at VFS (New Delhi) on 3rd August for COPR.

I got an SMS on 6th August:
Visa application, tracking ID No *************** has been forwarded to the Canada Visa Office,New Delhi on 06/08/2018

I am checking the status in the online tracker and it says:

Visa application, tracking ID No.**************** is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.

What does that mean?

If you had managed to figure that out, why did u ask what does that mean? Your question could have been more specific.

It's as self explanatory as it states. It is being processed at the Canadian embassy in Delhi. That's the one stop for all Indian passports irrespective of which city vfs you submit your passport at.

I am at the same stage as you. I submitted my Passport at VFS delhi on 7th August and the message is same when I try to track my application. The average timeline for Delhi VFS to approve the passport according to my agent is 20 days so you just need to sit back and relax. Let me know once you get your passport back.
