Waiting for CIC Refund - Who will hear my hue and cry????

I am from Pakistan

I applied for Canadian Immigration under FSW. My forms were received at CIC Centre at Sydney, Canada on June 1, 2009. On July 22 i received an email in which they metioned that I do not qualify and I will received my refund withing 8 to 12 weeks time. It is Nov 22, 2009 now (Over 16 weeks) and I am still waiting for my refund cheque.

CIC have no email or helpline where i can reply, though they mentioned somwehere to contact local canadian visa office, which i did via email and they replied indicating that they have nothing to do with the CIC refund.

Please tell me what should I do????????????????????????????????????

go to cic website and email them thru the contacts page.

by now they must have sent u the 'physical' letter as well. refer the no. and enquire abt the dd.
