I have about 63 points in total,but I have not included my girlfriend-we plan to marry later,with a child on the way.
Can I include her on my application to earn the 5 points?
If I do include her,what do I need to do? I still have this form from buffalo on change of family composition.
What is required from her to be sent with the change in family composition form.Among others she has a degree from USA,with expired I-94.We also have more than $20,000 cash at hand.
Can we hire lawyer to expedite it. Or wait to have the child first,because we want to start business outside North America,but need to be flying in and out of the Continental North America.

1. No she is not your spouse unless you have declared her a common/law spouse.
2. If she is your common/law spouse you have have her complete her application and your application has to be amended.
