Message Officer > Client Information: Thank you for your submission showing that the fee has been paid. I am still unable to verify job details and complete the fee payment for ECF# A....... Please provide a completed IMM 5802 as well as fee receipt from when payment was completed. This must be received at this office ......
I have a question, what is the solution? I provided all the information.to officer .. the employer paid 230 cad
its happend before than 25 months ago...
The employer does not have a payment receipt and has not received it.
I sent to officer visa statement that Showes its was paid, and screen Account portal Service.
