waiting for a decision

I have this messages on my file that I applied for my wife to join me from Morocco but don't know when will receive the desicion:

1. residence on August 15, 2016.
2. We started processing your application on September 27, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. I dont know why I didnt receive desicion yet.can anyone tell me please.

My guess is your wife should be hearing something very soon. Are you looking online? Have you checked emails incase you miss message.

hopefully.I always check my emails and online status but nothing yet.this makes me upset because in 8 days my file will exceed the process time "10 months " for .Moroccans.any explanation please?
