waiting federal process so far 13 months

Hi All
my application is in process in london embassy i did apply through a lawyer for quebec skill worker i did get my SELECTION CERTIFICATE then i sent for ferderal i am a mauritius national can anyone tell me how long should i wait until i get my PR visa please. my lawyer told me it could 6 months but already 13 months so far
