1) physical presence, calculator would it start when my PR Portal (PR confirmation) - Your PR Confirmation case has been successfully submitted-email was send on Jun 24, 2022 or when my PR Portal (PR confirmation) - eCoPR Available for Download-July 5th, 2022

2) I need to travel back home . Which time will be better . I did not leave Canada since 2017. It will be better applying after I came back or before?. What is pro and con for each one of them?.

3) Will my country be notified I am dual citizen?

your 2 years as PR starts from the date on your PR card or ecopr.... there is no pro or con just make sure your 1095 days of being in canada (preferably more than just the 1095 days add 1 weeks or more not just days) either you are 3 years as PR or 2 years PR plus 1 year with study or work permit or protected person status.
