My results from recent IELTS exam got declared on 25th Dec 2015 and I managed to score CLB 9+ in all four components and so now my score has increased from 401 to 459, but I will very soon come down to 454 because of coming birthday at the beginning of next year . I also applied for saskatchewan express entry PNP at the beginning of this month, though I haven't received any official communication from SINP as of today but I can see my status being updated to Nominated on their online OASIS portal.

Now I am confused, since selection directly through CIC express entry draw is always better than any PNP because you are not restricted to work in a particular province but can go anywhere in Canada where I am able to get a good job. So I am not sure about-
1) Should I wait for express entry draw score to come and not accept SINP nomination? How wise this would be? Request members to kindly share their thoughts. . Please consider that I am an IT(Software testing/QA) professional from India, so job and tolerable weather are important for me.

2) Also is there choice to accept PNP nominations or does it get accepted by default and 600 points get added automatically?

3) My first question may have this already covered but what score can we expect for coming rounds of CIC draws?

1. It's entirely up to you, and it depends on if you're a risk taker. I did accept SINP nomination immeditely because I was in a similar situation as you. After applying to SINP i got CLB 9+ in IELTS so my score increased to 459. The next 2 draws were 484 and 462, so I accepted SINP. The last draw was 460, which means I still wouldn't have gotten ITA. If you can wait for scores to come down...fine
2. You have 30 days to accept/decline SINP nomination
3. The score is unpredictable, with this break, it may go up again and there is no guaranty it will hit 450 by January end.
