Hey all. This is my situation:

I am currently on a PGWP that expires in September of this year.
I started working in a NOC/TEER 0 job last June.
I have 450 points in my Express Entry profile. In June I will get +50 for one year of Canadian experience, which will bring me to 500 points.

I want to keep my job and stay in Canada unit I get PR. I see two scenarios:

1. I cross fingers and hope to get ITA between June and July considering I would have 500 points. If that happens, would I get AOR and be able to apply to BOWP before my PGWP expires by the end of September?
2. I have the option to switch to a closed work permit by LMIA exemption through international agreement. How soon should I do that considering that my PGWP expires by the end of September?

Any advice would be appreciated.

1. Yes, that's feasible provided you get ITA.
2. Which international agreement exactly?
