Ok I know this might be silly question but here goes.... I will be sponsoring my hubby to and as the sponsor it asks if I reside in Canada, in the guide it says a tourist in another country is considered to reside in Canada.
Ok I am Canadian citzen, I will have lived in Guatemala for over a year when we apply, but I have always been on a toursit visa, and I am not working. Do I say I reside in Canada as I am on a tourist visa here and not actually living in Canada? I have a permenant address in Canada (my folks address) is this good enough for immigration?
THanks so much!
