Just an observation, I ordered 2nd set of notes exactly one month after 1st set, and noticed that in one month they received 18530 requests.... That really is lots

GCMS was supposed to be a feature to be used sparingly for delays beyond a point. This backlog was bound to happen, especially so, when people request notes after a month of the application.

But then, atleast the ECAS option on the site should be working, so people can check the movement of their app in real time and take timely life's decisions.

That's exactly why number of requests increased exponentially
