Voice of live-in caregiver heard by Government!

Hi everyone,

This is a GREAT CHANCE of having our voices heard by the government!

If you are a live-in caregiver in Vancouver, Burnaby or Richmond, Surry, Delta, you are invited to come talk to MP of NDP Jinny Sims about your problems and suggestions on Live-in caregiver Program:

It's very easy to get to through skytrain. Just take skytrain EXPO line to King George, and take off at Scott Road Skytrain station, and transfer to Bus # 319 at Bay 3. Destination is at "Scott Road FS 92 Av."

Even you have already finished your two years working as a nanny, you can still talk to her about the prolonged processing time for our application for PR, our MSP extension, etc. Any problem you think we are facing during the long waiting time before we become PR is welcome to share with the MP.

It's time for us to speak!

You should know that Jinny Sims is not a member of the Government, she is a member of the NDP opposition.

Sorry, I might not have made myself clear. I think our voices can be heard by the Gov. because she can speak in the Parliament for us. I've seen the video of her speaking about other problems. That's what I meant. I usually don't care about politics, so I might make some mistakes on the titles etc. I only posted this for our own good.

I seldom come here now, so I just noticed that this message has been posted by other member before.
