Vocational Training evaluation

Hi,
I have 6 diplomas (make up and hair dresser artist, and International Computer Driving License) from Technical and Vocational Training Organization.
Would you please help me find out how to get those diplomas assessed? I have one degree evaluated by WES, but WES said they do not evaluate vocational training.
I want these 6 diplomas as second diploma in order to get more score but I do not know whether they count as a diploma or not?!
I would be grateful if you could guide me.
