Vistor Visa - Filling form help

hello guys
im filling the family form (IMM5645E) and i have few questions if u may :
1.my mother is widowed , now in marital status i put (widowed) right? but what about my father ;should i write (married /deceased)?
2.in the Brothers & Sisters section ,i need more space & since im applying online i have no idea how to add the remaining names (since i cant attach more than 1 file for each required document)
3.how exactly can i sign the form?

Deceased, putting married would imply he is still alive.

Add it to the letter of explanation.

3.how exactly can i sign the form?

Print it, sign it, upload it.

regarding point 3 ,this is whats written in MyCIC instructions : "You do not need to sign your application form by hand if you submit your application form online. You will be asked to provide a digital signature once you are ready to transmit your documents to CIC."
so how exactly this is done? or is it ok to do as u said?

Family Information [IMM 5645] is not a the "application" form the application form is IMM5257.

The application form should not be altered in any way, so you should not print it. All other applications can be printed/signed/uploaded as needed.

Once you have everything when submitting your application there is a stage where you "sign" electronically the whole package.
