Greetings,
I live in New York and my parents are coming to visit me from India. They carry Indian passports. I am planning on applying for a visitor visa to Canada for them while they are here in the United States. I started an online application and as part of that, one of the questions the application asks is county or residence. I was wondering should I say United States since they would be physically located in the United States during the stay or if should I say they are in India(in which case I am not sure if they would be directed to the embassy in India).
Thank you in advance and any advice you can provide would be appreciated.
