There are no conditions as any baby born in Canada is automatically a citizen .

Be aware that the mother as a visitor is still limited to a visitor stay of up to 6 months assuming not restricted to a shorter period by CBSA on entry if they see that giving birth is the sole reason for entering the country . Also having a baby in Canada does not change the parents status to stay in the country in any way at all.

Also be aware visitors will usually need to pay for the birth so be prepared to pay anything between 5-10k CDN and maybe more if complications. Travel insurance will not cover any birth costs
