I badly need your help. 
I filed a visitor's visa application last January 24, 2015 and I'm living in the Philippines. They said that the processing time for me would be nine (9) days but it's exactly one (1) month now since I passed the requirements they were asking from me and I haven't heard anything about the progress of my visa yet. I tried sending them an email using the form they have provided on the site, but still I got no response. I'll be leaving to Canada on March 28 and I'm a little bit worried if I could get the visa on time.
