Visitors Visa or Super Visa - India

Hi guys, I want to invite my mom and dad to come over in a few months and help us out with our new born. Wife is a citizen and I am PR.

Which is the better option for them? They will never stay more than 6 months so a supervisa is not needed but I they will need multiple entry and if possible wanty to come in June so quick processing would be good.

Processing time is more or less the same. Supervisa is not processed any faster. Where do they live?

If they don’t have the funds for a visit and you meet LICO then apply for a supervisa. For both they need to show funds, ties to home country, travel history etc.

in india. neither have ever left India. My mum doesnt work either. Cant I show my bank balance for them?

You can but they still need to show their own bank statements. Whether VOs consider your bank statements will only be known if refused or approved. VOs want to see their own funds. They need show ties to India too.

My dad has property and I am not sure my mum is part of it. But thx! this helps a lot. I am going to apply for a multiple entry visitors visa then for both of them.

Can I apply for them or do they need to do that on their own?
