Hello! My name is Jissel, im 22 years old, living in Dominican Republic and i have applied for a visitors visa, which was refused by the following reasons:

•I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history. (I submitted every little document required in this section, every passport, cancelled visas and active one and all the stamps accompanying the previous documents, everything in chronological order so they did not get confused.)

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
(I live with my parents and brothers, i do not have kids or any person that depends on me, but what i do have is a responsibility as a medicine student to complete my studies, which I let them know that was my number one priority and thats the reason why i wanted to apply for just 7-8 days, time that my vacation was going to be over.)

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
(I wrote a nice letter explaining what my real purposes were: visiting my boyfriend, which is not considered as a legal relationship when it comes to submit proofs of relationship, learning about the Canadian culture and history, building life memories having Canada as the main stage, but did not in any moment give a sign that i was planning to stay cause i really cannot do that.)
Personally i did not really receive any further information about the refusal and as i have read those were just reasons to easily decline or refuse a visa without having to give any explanation about it.

Can someone help me understand the real reason why my visa got refused? and how can i make it better in order to reapply?

Thank you.

Since you have a boyfriend in Canada, are young and have relatively few ties to your home country, CIC is concerned you plan to use the visitor visa to come here, get married and stay.
