But when i was in my home country India i had applied for there visa on my own as i was not aware about these conditions so visa got refuse. So this time i need your guidance and support to make it happening.

Like :
What all documents are must required?
How much fund is required?
Funds which i will be showing how much old its duration should be?
What i should mention in invite letter?
What i should mention in purpose of travel letter?
What i should mention in Cover letter?
What other documents can be helpful to make it approve?

Thanks in advance

Before answering your questions: What were reasons for refusal? What is your status in Canada? How long was visit?

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:

• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

• You have significant family ties in Canada.

• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.

• You have limited employment possibilities in your country of residence.

THESE ARE THE POINTS MENTIONED IN THAT

Are you in Canada now? So if on closed work permit and they plan to stay, why not apply for an spouse open work permit and study permit (if child is of school age).

For a visitor visa, your spouse and child needed to show funds for a visit, travel history, ties to home country (family, job with leave, school registration etc.) Seems they didn’t show this.

What all the changes of spouse work permit approval and what all we need to show as documents and proofs? and Daughter is not going to school as she is just 3.4 Years

What is your NOC? Not sure what you mean about “all the changes”. If the plan was for your spouse and child to visit you for a few weeks, then a visitor visa is approriate. If it was to stay for the durantion of your work permit, then apply for a SOWP (document list on the IRCC site) and study permit (if child is school age).

How much in funds did you show? How long was visit? Are you in Canada now?
