Dear all,
I am an international graduate student in Canada.I got married recently and I want to bring my spouse to Canada on visitor visa. The only problem is she is also a student pursuing her final year of her pharma.D course.I am really concerned as if she appled for the visa for 2-3 months ,officer may declain her visa as she has to maintain her attendence reqirement for successful completion of the course.(75 percentage attendance required)

I am thinking of asking 6 months visitors visa so that she can visit me twice in the period of 6 months( 15 day visit for every 3 months)

Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks in adcance

i think you will get a minimum of 6 months stamping on your visa even if you mention the duration of 3 months....the minimum stamping period is 6 months for visiting visa....

it would be better if u mention 1 or 2 months on letter then the chances of approval will be more but if u mention the duration as 6 months then it will be rejected...
