Visitors visa for mom (From India -To support during pregnancy)

Hello, even with PHAC we need the Biometrics to be provided? Could you please provide those steps if we apply under PHAC category. My parents are both vaccinated and I was planning to add that document along with other documents required for PHAC.

Sure you can provide proof of vaccination but they will still need to do biometrics.

It falls in this weird grey zone. Essentially you can apply for PHAC but your mother still needs to do her biometrics and any other requirements. Where does she live? Had she done biometrics yet? Will she be fully vaccinated with Pfizer, Moderna or Astra Zeneca?

My mom is in Delhi. Her biometrics are already done. She did them a couple years ago and her visa got rejected. She has got one vaccine dose will get the second one next month. I need to know what form no. I need to submit for her application.
