Do I need to submit following for my parents if they are coming for 4-6 weeks on regular visa (not on super visa)

http://www.vfs-canada.co.in/images/ParentsandGrandparents_Eng_23jan2012.pdf

From your inviter(s) :
[1] A written and signed invitation letter promising financial support for the duration of your visit;
[2] A list showing the number of people in the inviter's household, their name, date of birth and relationship to the
inviter;

[3] A copy of the inviter's citizenship or immigration status document (e.g. passport or Permanent Resident Card –
please copy both sides);
[4] Proof of inviter's ability to provide financial support in the form of independent, third-party documentation from a Canadian source
which is reliable or easily verifiable. For example, but not limited to:
Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessments [NOA] for the most recent year, and/or
other proof of income for the 12 months preceding the application such as T4 slips, employment letters showing salary, pay
stubs, banks statements, Statements of Remuneration Paid or financial statements prepared by a licensed professional.

If you are inviting your parents on a regular visitor visa (TRV) you need not require all.

What you need is:

Letter of invitation and/or statutory declaration (affidavit) of support.
See the link for more information on the letter of invitation.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/letter.asp

Proof of your immigration status. ( Inviter's copy of Canadian permanent resident card, passport, citizenship card
or work/study permit.)

Financial documentation of the inviter (Notice of Assessment, T4, proof of employment, bank statement/

That is enough.
