VISITORS VISA - CAN'T APPLY ONLINE - WEBSITE IS NOT WORKING?

Hi I have been for several times trying to apply for a visitor's visa online and for some reason I can't finish my application. I have a Brazilian passport but I live in New Zealand. I will be in US next week and planing to go to Canada for 10 days in my way to Alaska around end of June.
Can you please help me?

What exactly is the problem? Why are you unable to finish the application?

Also, if you are travelling out of NZ by next week, it is unlikely you will get the process completed in time. Applications in NZ are currently taking an average of 20 days to process.
