I want to know that I want to apply for my sister and her child visitor visa on my baby’s first birthday. Should I go with it during COVID as birthday is on 29 September and I wanna apply asap. Please help and also what about biometrics in India. Will they process Application without biometrics?

Your sister would not be considered immediate family at this time so cannot travel whilst COVID restrictions are in place.

Do not think make much difference the age of a child although of course will need a passport to apply for a visa as will the sister.

Biometrics are mandatory no way around that

Realistically they won't be able to visit in September and likely for quite a while. You won't even get an answer for quite a while. Do not purchase any tickets until you know they can travel.
