Hi,
We are a family of 2 households and naturalized citizens (born in South Asia). I have a few question regarding visa application for my parent in laws.
We are a family of 2 households and naturalized citizens (born in South Asia). I have a few question regarding visa application for my parent in laws.
- Dad in law is working full time as a senior official in a private organization after his retirement from a semi- Government entity. Since he is currently employed, would applying for Super visa contradict with the fundamental requirement of staying over 6months? Is Tourist Visa more applicable for him?
- If he applies for a Tourist visa, can mom in law submit a Super visa for her?
- My husband is currently in transition of employment. However, our household income is well above LICO cut off. Since super visa has a separate section on employment letter, will my single employment letter be sufficient as a co-signor/joint applicant for the super visa?
- This one probably a better question for insurance agents. But I thought I should ask here too. Dad in law has long history (~30years) of Diabetes, had heart surgery over 10 years ago and takes regular medicine for both diseases. I was wondering how much the insurance might cost for him (if we still consider super visa)?
