Hai Guys!!
I am applying for visitor visa Canada. I have opened the bank account recently a month before applying. So I am producing the banck account statement for a month with about 7 transactions and enough money in my account. Is there any chances of rejecting my application.
I have attached :-
My Application
Passport and its copies
Bank account statement for a month
Affidavit ( Notarized document of declarationa that I will return to my home country and showing the ties with the properties of mine in home country)
My hotel booking (10 days)
Round trip Flight booking booking

You never had a bank account ? Bank account is required to ensure you have a fixed income and cash flow in your account regularly . Do you have ITRs filed with in last 3 years ?

Nope !!! I have not filedany ITRs... and also i never had an account before.!!!

Yes then you will have chances of rejection , As I don't know what is your financial status as per above answer . I am assuming you are not doing a job . Employment is one of the factors to determine stronger ties with your own country .

I have $4000 in my bank account and also I have a job, just an intern only so I can't provide that document, Unless i complete my internship I can't get the Certificate also.

Ok , why are you visiting canada for 10 days ? Tourist . You have to build up your case to convince visa officer that you will return back . At the moment you are intern . Are you paid being intern ?

1. What is the purpose and duration of your visit?

2. Do you have a Canadian host? If yes, are you related to your host?

3. Have you traveled to visa-required countries (US, UK, Schengen, Australia, NZ)?

4. Your internship is not a strong tie per se. Do you have an offer of permanent employment?

5. Do you own property/immovable assets legally or does it belong to your family? An affidavit will not work.

6. The source of your bank balance i.e. CAD 4,000 will be questioned. What will also work against an approval is you have opened the bank account just a month ago and you don't have a stable/verifiable source of income.

7. Do NOT book any tickets nor make hotel reservations before a visa is granted
