I am in a slightly precarious situation and I need the members/admins advice here. I have already applied for PR and subsequently BOWP. However my family is stuck in India and hence the OWP of my wife and visit visas of my kids have expired while they are in India.
My question is can I renew their visas (even if they are in India) while my BOWP is still under process? Or should I wait for my BOWP to approve? They are unable to join me since their visas have expired and with VACs closed, it only delays things
