Visitor visa

Hey,
I was checking my visitor visa status, apied outside canada, via automated phone system. It says transferring your call to agent instead of providing generic information. My representative will be back on Thursday. Does it mean it got denied because if approved, they would request passport and it should say they need additional documents.
