I applied to a temporary visa beacuse I wanted to do tourism and shopping in Canada. We found cheap plane tickets from Peru and went for it. As to we, I reffer to myself and my boyfriend. I know it's not a strong motive to travel abroad, that's why I'm now worried. We plan to travel for 14 days. My boyfriend has got a visa already and traveled there in 2017. Our plane tickets are in the same booking which I sumitted in my application, I mean his name is also in my ticket. His sister it's a permanent resident and gave me an invitation letter that I added to my application.
I have submitted only the documentation that was asked from me online, now I fear it wasn't enough.
I'm a dependant employee in a well know company in my country, with a salary above average (in my country). I've submitted a letter from my employeer granting leave of absence, indicating that I'm expected to go back to work as soon as I come back from Canada signed by the head of human resources. I've worked as a Financial Planner Analyst since january 2017.
I'm a bachelor in Industrial Engineering, I put that information in my formulary but they didn't ask proof of it so I didn't add my diploma.
I've submitted my bank statements, that shows a steady income from work and that I'm financially independent.
I haven't been rejected before because it's the first time I apply. I have travel abroad before but only to 3 countries in South America, where visas are not mandatory.
I have no criminal record nor I'm involved in politics or with a religious group.
I'm a citizen from Perú from birth and it's also my country of residence. Never lived in another country.
I'm nervous waiting for an answer, I would like to know if you think I can be granted a visa or if it's a definitive no for me.
