Hi
I have applied online for a visitor visa through a consultant in Canada in coordination with a friend who is inviting me to visit there but I got a refusal letter weeks back with following reasons
In making a decision on an application, a number of factors are considered. These may include but are not
limited to:
• the information in the travel and identity documents;
• the reason for the travel to Canada;
• the person’s contacts in Canada;
• the person’s ties to his or her country of residence (including immigration status, employment and family
ties);
• the person’s ability to pay for the trip and to support himself or herself while in Canada;
• whether the person is likely to respect the conditions of his or her admission to Canada;
• whether the person is inadmissible to Canada; and
• whether the person would be likely to leave Canada at the end of his/her authorized stay.
To help you understand my decision, the reason(s) are provided on the following pages.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements.
and the boxes crossed are travel history and Purpose of visit
1. my reason to travel is to tourism but i have not attached itinerary
2. person who is inviting me is an old family friend - how do I prove this
3. I am born in India only I have attached all my identification docs - what else I can attache as a proof i do not have birth certificate
4. I have been working with the company from last 10 plus years and handling a important position Operations head Back end and marketing
5. I am single and living with my family elder sister and brothers my parents are no more. I have small savings, small property and a 10 year old EPF account in total around 10 to 15 lac
6. I want to visit for 20 days and I am going to stay at my friends house and I have around 8000 CAD in my account.
I want reapply and want to know how would I represent all the things to have a better chances of approval
