my mom just got a visitor visa till 2020 and she is here in toronto and i want to apply visitor visa for usa from toronto so please help to know which documents she need and is she eligible to apply her usa visitor visa from toronto

I doubt US visitor visa will be granted here in Toronto. She will be asked to apply it back in India since she is not a resident here. I have seen many people getting rejected for very same reason. :

I would say, don't even try. They simply reject applications stating that you don't have required residency status in country from where you are applying US visa. They even reject applications of ppl on WP who has just landed in Canada.
