Visitor Visa ????

I am sponsoring my wife to Canada from an visa exempt country, we are planning to have our wedding celebration in Aug, her family comes over, but her step father is a Russian Citizen living in Visa Expempt country he owns business and condo. I have invited him over and collected all the papers required and even more. We applied not in Russian CVO but thru Poland because all the assets and business is not in Russia at this moment. He has travel around the world, and his travel history is huge, assets we shoewed also a business and condo, but CVO in Poland are asking for more and more docs. The last thing is Tax Assessment for 2011, but we have provided an Revenue Agency report stating that he is not owing anything to the country from his business, there is no personal tas assessment report. CVO is demanding for this. what should we do?? I have wrote a letter to MP, not sure that will help. Should I also write an email to Warsaw giving my guarantees?

If they have specifically asked for a document and you cannot provide it, the best you can do is provide another document that is similar (if one exists) and a COVER LETTER explaining why you don't have the document they asked for and what you have done to try to get it.
