Visitor visa without invitation letter

Hi. This is Shazy from Pakistan. Me,my wife and 6months old son are applying for a 20 days visit visa in Canada.while my 4 years old son is staying back in country. I have been in England for 4 years on a student visa and came back after completing my education when I still had 9 months valid visa. I have about 600000 cad worth of agriculture land on my name and about 800000 CAD worth agriculture land on my fathers name which I inherit. And I have a established business in pakistan plus have some rents from properties as well. We just want to visit niagra falls and few more tourists points. I don't have any invitation/sponsor letter . I just want to ask that what are the chances to get Canadian visit visa and how can I improve my chances thanx in advance ???

I found a thread similar to your situation... but there is no definite answer either... anyway, do you really not have relatives/ friends here in Canada that could give you an invitation letter?

If not, you could probably write a letter explaining everything .. (that you wanted to see Niagara Falls etc. ) and your trip is mainly for tourism. You MUST submit proof of strong ties from your home country too. Try to apply! Best of luck!

Hi Dear,

I don't have invitation either, I wrote explanation letter stated that I'm going to US and planning to drop by, applied on the 20th of July from Germany and still nothing yet.
