Hello, my Boyfriend is a canadian citizen and i want to visit him as "soon" as possible, i am aware the process is difficult so i wanted advice on this matter.

He has economical stability and he can pay my stay in canada BUT i dont have much of stability myself so better i start with our background, i am an independent artist in venezuela, i take care of my old parents(that i live with as well) with the money i do with the art, been working as an artist 2 years as well, with a salaryfrom 60 to 120 (sometimes lower) and i had 1 year of architecture (suspended by covid and my work) and since then my boyfriend and i wanted to meet personally and test our relationship irl, i "technically" have work and a home here but my parents are the owners of it, own house, my parents doesnt work, dad been trying to get a job and there isnt much on my name but my family propieties and my help on them, bank accounts of paypal and banesco to proof it but still not enough to do a travel without help

i got family in canada, a cousin that would be happy to help me, i am aware i need an invitation letter but i would stay mainly with my boyfriend, i thought my cousin could help increase the visa chances but maybe im wrong, still my boyfriend and her have a good stability but my boyfriend would be the main sponsor, we have a long distance relationship of 2 years already and we tried to get me in canada with a student visa and we unofficially failed (counselor stated if he pay my studies the visa would be denied, my cousin paying for them with his money wasnt an option) so now we plan to get a visitor visa for 3 months of stay, if we match well irl ("in real life", we use currently chat apps like telegram and discord to chat, he also gift me some nice games and stuff to play together) we would like to take the next step and he since we wanted to meet irl he has show commitment of pay for my expenses, plane ticket, papers, visa, fees....

So overall i want to know what to do, what is better step for us and there is also some confusing stuff about the visa
the visa ask:
Invitation letter
Proof of Financial resource of supporter
Proof of means of Financial Support

So... the invitation letter is plain simple if my boyfriend submits it, we are aware of what the letter needs to state and all
-For the financial resource, its fair, show that my boyfriend can take care of me and himself
-For the proof of means of F.Support ... i understand i need to show to canada that i have funds to take care myself, yet the visa states a sponsor can be who do this for me but that means my bf has to do 3 letters? invitation, F.Resource and means of F.Support? but the letters would almost have the same information for what i understand?

AND if my cousin can help... how we do this? who provides the invitation letter and the other two in such case? i thought it would be logical to add both letters in the same file to submit but i dont even know how do that and if its even a good idea

Also any other advice to Maximize our chances would be appreciated, i want to show that i work as an artist and i want to be honest with the embassy about my motives of travel and such, even read a sworn declaration helps too

If you have never met your boyfriend IRL, then I would recommend that your cousin invite you and also that your cousin be the one who is willing to financially support you.

Unfortunately you come from a country with some economic instability and it can be difficult to get a TRV approved. To have a high chance of approval, the most imporant thing to show in the application is your ties to your home country and also that you yourself have the funds to pay for the visiit. It sounds like you don't have the strongest profile, so you should be prepared for the possibility of refusal and that your boyfriend will need to visit you.

Do you have previous travel to countries like the US that require a visa by any chance?

Sworn declarations are useless. They aren't legally binding.

Not really, this is my first attempt to leave my country, i have thought to let my cousin be who support me, i have evidence (that i need to translate) that she is family mine and all but its something to discuss with her if she could sponsor mainly my whole stay ( i think my boyfriend would refund her whatever i spend, that would be food mainly)

About my profile, i really plan to leave the country before my time expires, my parents are ill and i have been there to support them economically and being there to help them and i dont have many reasons to stay in canada, specifically quebec, cant work cus i need french knowledge, maybe i can state that i want to meet my boyfriend and state my future plans?

Also venezuela is in a bad spot yeah but our family personally its doing "well" we dont have luxuries but we eat well and can find some stability mostly, my aunt would take care of them while i am away, and also the money needed would be lower duet me not being there consuming it with them, for us 20$ is a lot and i gain more that 60$(wich for me is still insane) montly and i pay some bills aside food at times and i have spend almost 2k$ the last 2 years for this house and my family

You are young, have relatively few ties to your home country, haven't traveled before, come from an economically unstable country, and have low funds. This is the view that IRCC will have of your application. For this reason, what will be most important is for you to focus as much as possible on ties to your home country in your application. I would not mention or very much minimize mention of your bf. This may make IRCC concerned you have plans to remain in Canada long term. Request a trip if a few weeks max and focus on ties to your home country. That's the best advice any of us can give you. Good luck.
