Visitor visa using old portal

last update for processing time shows on IRCC for my country is 125 days while my application still with no move since aug 2021(185 days), is it normal? Should i contact them?kindly share ur experience

The purpose of my visa is to visit my uncle which is not included in the reasons to reapply in new portal, do u think can i send new application through new portal with the same purpose?
