Hello all,
I am planning to apply for visitor visa for my parents. I want them to stay here for close to 6 months, they will never live for more, so not intending to apply for super visa due to its inherent complications.

Question:
I have heard that recently canada has started giving one month visitor visa, that too single entry. I have never heard first hand. So want to know from your experiences. Should I apply for visitor visa or go for super visa.

Thanks,
Abhishek

What is this one month visitor visa? Tell us more because that is new to me. Single entry is possible but CBSA determines how long you can stay upon entry.

OP is is your decision. If parents have strong ties to return, their own funds, strong travel history and staying for a month then TRV. If you want them to stay longer, they are in good health and you meet LICO then apply for supervisa.

They have strong ties, and they have been here two times on TRV and returned on time. Their visa have expired, so i need to apply again. They will live for less than 6 months.
